モリンガは今日も元気です。

栽培・農園

空高く、馬肥ゆる秋です。今週の宮崎は、気持ちのよい秋晴れが続いています。
本日の予想気温は28℃。さすが南国。
寒いのが苦手な方は、あったかいけど春夏秋冬はちゃんと感じられる南国宮崎へ。
お待ちしております。

さて、9月の台風で打撃を受けたモリンガたちというと。
またぐんぐんと成長しているのです。（ショック療法!?）

なので、いまだに収穫作業をしております。
2日前の収穫の様子です。
決して夏場じゃございません！　ほら、空が高いですよね？(伝わっているでしょうか･･･）
人の手でひとつひとつ丁寧に収穫しています。
台風で打撃を受けた後に出てきた、きれいな新葉もありがたく収穫します。
このステキな後姿は、初登場！阿万店長の妹さんです。

新しい葉がさらにぐんと伸びて、高く澄んだ秋の空に映える緑がきれいです。

収穫したモリンガは、すぐに乾燥させます。
栄養豊富なモリンガは収穫直後から発酵が始まってしまうので、即乾燥が大切です。
そのため、モリンガの質を保ちつつ十分に乾燥できる量を考えながら収穫する必要があって、
まとめて大量収穫・ストックができないのが難しいところです。
収穫した葉を透明な袋に入れると、すぐに袋が曇って水滴ができてくるんですよ。
さすが生命力みなぎるモリンガ、こんなに呼吸しているんだなと実感します。

もうすぐ11月に入ろうかというこの季節に収穫ができるのも、
モリンガの成長力と、宮崎のサンサンとふりそそぐ太陽、
そして毎日お世話をしてくださるモリンガ顧問の阿万さんのおかげ。感謝感謝です。
