モリンガ茶を習慣化されているYさん家にお邪魔しました！
美人な奥さんと元気な娘さん息子さんのとっても賑やかな４人家族です。
※ご愛飲している商品は、 太陽のモリンガ茶スタンダード31包入り
食事のときに麦茶を飲んでいたのですが、今ではモリンガ茶しか考えられません！
モリンガ茶を続けて3、4か月になります。
だいたい1日に約2リットルを家族で飲んでいるんですよ。
それまでは食事の時には麦茶を飲んでいたんですが、今では逆に違和感になってきました。
我が家の作り方は耐熱のボトルにティーパックをいれて熱湯を注いで一晩おいておきます。
それを朝食と晩ご飯の時に飲みます。
馴染みのある味というか、くせになる味というか、食事の邪魔も しませんし、美味しいですよね～。
食事以外では、たまに寝る前にも飲みますし、スポーツの前後に飲むこともあります。
先日のマラソン大会にも持参したところです。
飲み始めてからの変化なんですが、まず、この3か月で3.5キロほど痩せました！
知人やお客さんに「痩せたよねー」と驚かれることが多いですね。
筋トレとモリンガと答えてますよ。
そういえば寝起きもすっきりしていますね。
朝は5時くらいに起床するのですが、そこからのモリンガと筋トレは完全にルーチン化しました。
たまに飲み会などで体重が増えても１日で戻るんですよ。これはうれしい変化です。
もともとデトックスを期待して飲みましたが、すっきりしている事はもちろんですが、モリンガを飲むことで本当に体にいいものだとか、体にとって良い習慣というものを意識し始めました。
これが最も大きい効果かもしれません。心身ともにスッキリして本当に良い状態が続いているなーと感じます。 そうそう仕事の調子もいいんですよ。笑

化粧のノリもよくなったし、なにより同世代の友人たちから質問攻めで。笑
私がまず感じたのがお通じの良さでした。
長年便秘がちで悩まされることも多かったけど、モリンガを飲み始めてからは、うそのようにスッキリです。
加えて肌の調子がとても良くなった気がします。
乾燥肌で悩むことが多かったんですが、ここ最近それがなくなりました。
結果として化粧の乗りもよくなったし、なにより同世代の友人たちが、何を使っているの？化粧品変えた？と質問攻めで。笑
人前に立つことも多いので、セルフブランディングが大事だと思っています。
肌は元気のよさや若さが出やすいのでとても助かってます。
旦那さんと一緒で、朝食や晩御飯と一緒に飲むことが多いですが、加えてモリンガの焼酎割りなどでも楽しんでいるんですよ。
これがなかなか美味しいのではまってます！
息子さんも大好きモリンガ茶！
いつもゴクゴク飲んでくれています！
野菜はまったく食べないですねー、緑のものは避けるんですね。笑
なので、細かく刻んでチャーハンに混ぜたり、ハンバーグに混ぜこんだりしてます。
それでやっと食べてくれるのでひと手間が必要なんですが、モリンガ茶を始めてからは、ゴクゴク飲んでくれるので、栄養バランスが取れて助かります。
子供にもクセになる味なんですかね～。
